2. Before driving, pay attention to check whether the lubrication points are filled with the corresponding lubricating oil. Pay special attention to the high-speed lubricating grease of the flying saw spindle, which should be filled once every two days. It should be added two or three times each time. It is not advisable to add more. If the heat is not good, it will cause the temperature to rise too fast and even the bearing dead.

3. The temperature of the welding extrusion is too high. It is recommended to use the synthetic composite aluminum grease (SY1414-80) which can withstand high temperature and humidity. Code: ZFU-1H. The large hexagonal nut and the pull-up plate should be adjusted at the same time to avoid the extrusion roller shaft not perpendicular to the plane of the table, resulting in damage to the thread of the squeeze roller shaft. At the same time pay attention to check the squeeze roller bearing, where the working environment is bad, the bearing is easy to damage, and the bearing should be replaced in time to avoid further damage.

4. The gear box is lubricated with gear oil with good fluidity. Generally, 230# gear oil is used (since the difference between north and south is for reference only). Pay attention to the bearing of the gearbox frequently. Pay attention to the working condition of the gearbox during work. If you hear abnormal sound, you should check the gearbox bearing in time. The bearing type consumables should be damaged. If it is damaged, it will easily cause gears. Damage will be even greater.

5, the attention of the flying saw: pay attention to adjust the flying saw check valve (the one-way valve of the machine is the exhaust throttle) so that the production speed of the flying saw car and the steel pipe is basically the same or slightly slower than the speed of the steel pipe, so when sawing It can ensure the speed of the flying saw car and the steel pipe to avoid damage to the saw blade. Check whether the bolts of the transmission parts of the flying saw are loose before starting the machine, whether the parts are damaged or not, and deal with them in time to avoid accidents. It is forbidden to stand in front of and behind the flying saw to avoid injury.

6. It should be dismantled and cleaned regularly according to the working conditions, clean the vertical roller device and the welding joint extrusion device, and apply appropriate amount of grease for rust prevention and lubrication. The horizontal roller frame should also be scrubbed and dirty regularly according to the situation, and greased on the inner rail of the rack and the screw.

7. During the running process, the roller should monitor the tightening of the front and rear nuts of the horizontal roller. It is found that the nut should be stopped immediately to eliminate the fault.

8. When the electrode is reversed, the strip backward distance is generally not more than 300mm.

9. The upper and lower adjustment nuts in the same horizontal roller frame should be adjusted at the same time, so that the horizontal roller shaft is always in a horizontal state to avoid jamming forced adjustment. When the rectangular tube is used to produce the rectangular tube, the lower shaft slider of the sizing horizontal roller and the vertical roller under the sizing roller should be raised according to the roller shape variable, and the center constant method is adopted to make the round deformation more smooth and the resistance is reduced. small. If it is not raised, all the deformations will be on the top, and the pipe will be tied down, so that the resistance will increase, which will waste power and increase equipment loss.

10, open hole horizontal roller frame between the upper and lower rollers should be able to accommodate the thickness of the belt and leave a gap, otherwise it will easily cause rolling phenomenon and damage the machine.

11. When adjusting the size and shape of the finished pipe, it is strictly forbidden to adjust the amount too much. After one roller frame is adjusted, the adjacent roller frame should also be adjusted accordingly to achieve a uniform load of each roller.

12. When the roll is installed, the inner hole and the shaft should be coated with a proper amount of oil. The bearing should be coated with enough butter to facilitate loading and unloading. The coolant should be flushed against the working face of the roll and should not be aligned with bearings or other parts.

13. The equipment should be regularly inspected and repaired, maintained and maintained regularly.
